Arbiter SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions As of May 2, 2023
By opting into to receive SMS text messages from Arbiter, you agree to receive text messages from Arbiters regarding events & transactions within Arbiter. These messages may include confirmations, receipts, updates, reminders, identity verifications or other information related to your transactions. Message frequency varies.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or email success@arbitersports.com.
Neither Arbiter nor Carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. Arbiter will not disclose personal data collected through text messages to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
